1. Enquiries and introductory conversations

An unconfirmed website enquiry or introductory conversation may be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee. Calling promptly helps the company release any reserved time and close the enquiry correctly.

2. Confirmed engagements

If a proposal, appointment or engagement has already been confirmed, the cancellation provisions in the relevant written agreement or proposal apply. Please call as soon as the need to cancel becomes known. During the call, the company may request information reasonably needed to identify the engagement and confirm the requested effective date.

3. When a cancellation takes effect

5. Rescheduling

Where appropriate, the company may offer to reschedule an introductory conversation, review meeting or project stage instead of cancelling it. Rescheduling depends on availability and does not change an agreed fee or deadline unless confirmed in writing.
